Shin-ei, as a total building management service provider, bears a high level of social and corporate responsibility to do its part in bettering society as well as the economy.

We as a company diligently strive to not only meet societal expectations towards corporate responsibility issues (CSR) and high ethical standards but to exceed them. Our company’s actions are based on the following seven principles.
