(3) Continued Employment and Support for Senior Employees
For employees who wish to continue working after retirement, we provide opportunities to remain employed until the age of 75. We also actively hire employees aged 60 and over, enabling them to fully leverage their experience while also offering comprehensive training programs so they can take on new roles with confidence.

As of December 2023, 26 employees with disabilities are working at our company. Our employment rate of persons with disabilities is 4.8%, significantly higher than the statutory requirement of 2.3%.
