of Personal Data Policy |

| Shin-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd.
(S-RB) sets forth the following policy in respect of the
personal data protection, and S-RB is involved in the
establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of
internal systems for managing personal data. |

| 1. | We shall observe internal rules
designated for collection, usage and provision of appropriate
personal data in accordance to the content and scale of each
service. |
| 2. | We shall take measures to prevent the
leakage, loss, destructionof personal data in the possession of
S-RB, in the event that such matter should occur, corrective
measures shall be promptly implemented. |
| 3. | We shall observe all laws,
national guidlines, other norms concerning personal data. |
| 4. | We shall respond promptly and in
good faith to any inquiries from our clients regarding personal
data. |
| 5. | We shall continually improve systems utilized for personal data management. |
