
Compliance Regulations
Principle
Shin-ei Real Estate Business
Co., Ltd. has "Corporate principles", "Business
Principles", "Protection
of personal data policy", and "Environment policy". All the
employees including directors are required to promote the business
activities followed by these policies.
As we enacted the following compliance regulations for this purpose, the employees are
required to comply with these regulations and to take the
legal and proper action accordingly.
1. Definition
Under the regulations,
"compliance" means to observe the laws, corporate regulations, and
corporate ethics (hereinafter, they arecalled, "Law etc.").
2. Management policy
Our company set compliance
as our basic management policy, followed by "management principle"
in a separate form.
3. Employees'
responsibility
The employees must perform
their task with having the good sense and responsibility as member
of society, as well as observe Law etc. in good faith, based on the
above mentioned basic management policy.
4. Employee's
prohibited matter
The employees should not do
the followings.
@ Act of violation of
the Law etc. by oneself.
A Act of instruction
and instigation of violating of Laws etc. to the other employees
B Act of conniving
other employees' violation of Laws etc.
5. Obligation of
report
The employees should
promptly inform the company when he/she finds the fact of the
violation on the above mentioned articles by the other
employees.
6. Disciplinary
action etc.
Our company is able to take
the disciplinary action etc. to the employees, who violated the
regulations of the above mentioned the article
No.4, according to the
rules of employment.
7. Limitation of
immunity
The employees cannot escape
the responsibility on the conduct of self-created violation of Law etc. for the below reasons.
@ There was no accurate
knowledge of Law etc.
A There was no
intention to violate Law etc.
B The violation by the other
employees' instruction and/or instigation.
C The intention to gain the profit of the company.
8. Prior
consultation
The employee should consult
the Administration Department in charge of
compliance in advance when the employee is not sure if the action or
the judgment is violating Law etc.
9. Compliance
training
Our company holds the
training seminar when necessary for the following purposes.
@ Raise awareness of
compliance.
A Provide accurate
knowledge about compliance.
10. Implementation
system
The concrete action of the conpliance regulations shall be taken by the detailed rules of
the compliance regulations stipulated
separately.
Supplementary
provision
This regulation is executed
from April 1, 2010.
