Basic principle

Shin-ei Real Estate Business is a company which thinks the customer satisfaction measurement of first and promotes property usage and utilization. Sin-ei also understands that the environmental issue is the global challenge and social responsibility, therefore, handling the issue is regarded one of the essential administrative assignment.

Environment related issues are included a mid-and-long term strategy, set forward continuously as stated the guideline slogan “Service and Technology Satisfied by a Customer”, so set up the action policy of environment preservation as follows;

Action Policy

1.      Upon business operation, strictly comply with the environment related laws and necessary items Shin-ei agreed.

2.      Endeavor to prevent the global warming and try to reduce CO2 emission by cut or efficient use of resources and  
     energy.

3.      Consider environmental effect when materials and office supplies are selected, try to construct the circulating society
     by reduction of waste disposal and propel 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle).

4.      Comprehend influence rate to the environment, try to prevent environmental contamination and load reduction of the  
     environment.

5.      All company members try systemized promotion of environmental management, to collect information of revision of
     laws periodically, to conduct an environmental audit, to improve environmental management and to conserve the
     environment continuously.

6.      Try to gain associated companies’, tenants’ and subcontract companies’ understanding and cooperation to our
     environment philosophy. The Environment Policy will be disclosed to outside.
